The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a fairly nice area, really close to the restaurant, the waterfront, and the night market. The a double room was fantastic and the bed was very comfy. There was a clean bathroom with hair dryers, a bidet, and a walk-in shower. The staff were exceptionally nice and really friendly and gave us good recommendations. The location was favourable, for example, Sisowath Quay was at a short distance from the property.

The staff was good at all times. The triple room with nice views of the royal palace had all necessary amenities. I loved that there were a safe, television, and a mini fridge bar. The service was excellent and the pool was incredible.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with nice views of the Royal Palace and a private bathroom, for instance and got it upon arrival. Every stuff member was courteous and welcoming.
Tbh, rooms were a bit shabby.
